Well, we are still waiting. We got news from our agency that China is now requiring a Letter of Seeking Confirmation. This used to be only used for healthy referrals but just started being used for special needs too. China will send this letter to the families 2-3 weeks before the Travel Approval. It must be signed and sent back to China. This will apparantly tack on some extra time to our wait to get Reese. I must continually tell myself that it is all in God's timing. HE IS IN CONTROL! But we continue to pray for the shortest wait possible. We are so anxious to have our family complete in the USA.
